The presence of an overspeed valve has been confirmed, along with an installation date of 2018. The overspeed valve shall be scheduled for a category 5 test as required by A17.1 2016 – 8.6.5.16.5, 8.11.3.1.5(q), on or before the 2023 annual inspection due date per the MO AHJ.
