8.11.2.2.6 Firefighters’ Emergency Operation (Re-Inspection)

Per Wentzville Fire Marshall Chris Cuddihee, the designated floor for main firefighters service recall shall be changed to the bottom landing, and the secondary recall to the second landing. This will require moving the phase one key-switch, instructions, and visual alert to the bottom landing. The egress floor signage inside the car and on the door frames, and the telephone monitor visual, audible, and key-switch shall also be moved/changed to make the bottom landing the main floor of egress. After this work is complete, a re-inspection shall be performed and all the initiating devices re-tested.
