Auxiliary battery lowering device (emergency rescue unit) is not wired correctly. When the mainline disconnect is turned off, the car automatically goes into auxiliary battery lowering operation causing an unsafe condition for elevator personnel. Wire auxiliary battery lowering device to not go into emergency rescue mode when the mainline disconnect is moved to the off position. Re-inspection required
