Item (A) 6. The Landing Locking Bar has been damaged & requires a replacement. Unit has been converted several years ago to a Material lift with car operating panel removed and the landing call stations being brought to a call only status. The owner has also provided sets of Steel Metal Swing Gates at both landings which must be closed after load has been placed on car & Fire Door closed prior to calling car from either landing. This a 2 stop front and rear door unit. A Red Tag has not been issued at this time. With the Owners Usage Guide Lines, limited daily trip usage & area supervision at all times a 30 day Replacement Re-Inspection would be acceptable.
