A current MO State operating certificate shall be posted in the elevator equipment room, in a noncombustible frame with a clear protective vision plate over it.

Minimum bottom clearance for counterweights shall measure no less than 6.5 inches. Measurement for this inspection proved 3.5 inches. Ropes shall be shortened.
