There is no code data plate found on the equipment to indicate the code and edition that the elevator was installed to (A17.1 1993) as used for all inspections. Provide a proper plate on the front of the controller or mainline disconnect.

This elevator has a backup emergency generator power that is used in case of a power outage. This system shall be scheduled to be tested and a reinspection is required. This requirement is due to the State of Missouri adopting the A17.1 2016 version of the elevator safety code. Reinspection required.
