Category 5 test incomplete, perform the following tests to complete inspection: test car safeties at rated speed with rated load, test car buffer at rated speed with rated load, test counterweight buffer at rated speed, test brake with 125% of rated load, test governor switch and governor jaw tripping speed, test governor rope pull through and pull out force. Re-inspection required
