A current MO State operating certificate shall be posted in the elevator equipment room, in a noncombustible frame with a clear protective vision plate over it.

The controller is equipped with a controller inspection switch and it shall be operational. Note: During the test, the controller inspection switch had no affect - the car ran on automatic operation with the switch in the inspection position. This presents a hazard if personnel working on the equipment believe they have taken control of the car by placing the inspection switch in the inspection position.
