The testing has not been completed on the elevator at this time. The unintended motion, fireman’s service, and emergency power testing shall be performed before the inspection is completed.

There shall be maintenance records kept in the elevator machine room accessible to the inspector depicting dates and descriptions of maintenance tasks performed, callbacks, examinations, tests, adjustments, replacements and wiring diagrams. This shall be in accordance to the requirements in the Maintenance Control Program. Electronic means has NOT been approved by the State of Missouri.
