8.11.3.2.2 Cylinders Test shall be performed

15 minute standing car test was performed and failed. A test shall be made with the car stopped and the system operating under normal operating pressure for a period of not less than 15 minutes. During this period, the car shall not lower more than 2 inches. Take corrective action and re-test. Note: The car dropped more than 2 inches.
