The fire hat light is flashing in the elevator cab when the car is in "Normal" operation. The fire hat light shall only illuminate during "Fire Fighter's" operation. The fire hat in the car shall only flash when a fire alarm initiating device in the machine room or hoistway is activated. Otherwise, the illumination shall be solid.
